We aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 working days from the UK via Royal Mail

UK Standard Shipping:

Free postage (via Tracked 48) for orders over £20.
Tracked 48 (normally arrives 2-3 working days from despatch): £3.39 (Enter contact details at checkout).
Tracked 24 (normally arrives next business day): £4.50 (Enter contact details at checkout) - Not available

Please note that these are not guaranteed delivery dates and during peak times delivery may take a little longer.

Prices quoted are for UK mainland addresses. Delivery to parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight may incur an additional postage cost. We will contact you if there will be an extra cost on your order.

Rest of the world:

If you want to purchase our products from outside the UK, please contact us. We aim to find the most economical delivery method for your order.

Returns

If an item you ordered is incorrect or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund for any damaged product returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is in its original packaging and unused condition. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable.

Items returned in an unsalable condition may result in a reduced refund.

We will provide you with a returns address and make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered free of charge or send you a refund. Please be aware that due to the delicate nature of our products, we cannot issue a refund for used products. Refunds will only be made against the credit/ debit card used for purchase.
